Yakiniku Shin is the first Jibie yakiniku restaurant in Australia. Originating from the French word “gibier”, Jibie cuisine is comprised of dishes prepared from wild animals - an ancient tradition before farm-raised animals were prevalent in Japan. We showcase the essence of this tradition by using the highest quality, locally and ethically sourced game meat animals, which is then cooked at the table over charcoal. We also specialise in premium quality pure-blood MB9+ wagyu beef and offal cuts.
